Robert Ives Teacher, mentor, and all around awesome guy. Rob has contributed hugely to my advancement in animation. I owe him a lot. Nothin' but love Rob. He's also an awesome painter, check out his site and buy some paintings! They'll improve your life.

Chris Rail One of my best friends, he's an insane fun blazing non-geek programmer. 642! I'll yell it even if I'm not from Sooke... that's right.

Scott Dewis A great animator and amazing VFX artist whom I worked with at Kaia - also a really cool guy. Check him out!

Kaia Inc. Spencer's company comes out of New Mexico, and they work on projects such as VFX for ABC's Alias and Lost, Disney and Warner Brother's DVD's, Feature films, Games and other projects. I've been working with him since July, and wow do they do cool stuff.

Kate Liu I also went to school with Kate. She is one of the most talented modelers I've met, and also an excellent texture artist. She's currently working at Next Level Games in Vancouver. We're also working on a short animation in our spare time. I'm sure she'll go far!

Other Great Animators

Carlos Baena One of my favorite animators out there. He's an extremely talented guy, currently working at Pixar. Everyone's seen his work - but check out his site to see some personal tests - and his 'Fingerboarder' movie is hilarious!

Bobby 'BOOM' Beck An amazing animator, formerly of Pixar. He's now moved on to work on Animation Mentor - an online animation school.

Jeremy Cantor A very experienced animator, currently working at Sony Pictures Imageworks. He's got some good tutorials and animations to check out.

Jason Schleifer Animated Gollum... enough said. But also - he's one of the coolest most down-to-earth guys around.
